Some notes about event registration:

• The 2012 Star Speedway Racing Against Cancer Track Walk will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2012 prior to an action packed night of racing.
• Racing Against Cancer requires a minimum $25 donation per walker to walk on the race track for the Track Walk (youth aged 5 and under are not required to provide registration fee).
• A Team Crew Chief (Captain) is required to provide the $25 advance registration fee in order to create a new track walk team.
• Walkers may pay this registration fee in advance or they may collect pledges in lieu of out of pocket payments. All registration fees must be paid on or before the day of the event.
• If you are not paying your registration fee in advance online, you will still need to fill out the checkout page with correct options and click the 'Purchase' button. When you arrive at the PayPal page with a total of $0.00 you may select the link on the bottom right 'cancel and return to Racing Against Cancer.'
• If you register without advance donations/registration fee and decided to not walk on the day of the event, kindly let RAC know by contacting us prior to the event.
• Additional donations and pledges collected above the required minimum $25 may be supplied to RAC at anytime before or within a reasonable time frame following the event. However, RAC prefers that all additional pledges and donations be received before or on the day of the event.
• You may sign up yourself and up to 15 additional team members online.
• Please make sure that the email address you supply is valid and checked often as this will be the primary method of contact from RAC to you and your team.
• You may receive delayed confirmation about your registration, if you do not receive a confirmation email within 5 days please contact us.
• Our website also might have a delay with listing your team, team members and updating online donation totals we receive. If you do not see after 5 days please contact us.
• For online registration you will need to complete the information on this page, complete the information on the checkout page and if paying online complete the information on the secure PayPal Payment page.
• Please contact us if posted information needs to be changed or updated.

Please note: For this event you have the option during registration to 'not receive an event t-shirt for a $5 donation credit.' This credit is for scoring purposes only for your team and individual funds raised. You are still required to submit your minimum $25 registration fee regardless of your t-shirt option. See below for examples.

• Person A: pays $25 reg fee, selects TO HAVE a shirt, raises no additional pledges, credited for scoring purposes $25
• Person B: pays $25 reg fee, selects NO shirt, raises no additional pledges, credited for scoring purposes $30
• Person C: pays $25 reg fee, selects TO HAVE a shirt, raises $5 additional pledges, credited for scoring purposes $30
